I'm passionate about helping women overcome dysfunctional patterns of thought and behavior by safely navigating through past traumas, stepping outside of the people-pleasing pattern, setting boundaries and learning how to love themselves.

My approach is genuine, curious, understanding, direct and affirming as I believe you personally hold the key to your own healing. Speaking your truth is trauma work, cycle-breaking work and inner child work- all in one. If you are ready to connect with yourself, you're in the right place.

Outside the Office
When I'm not in the office, I love spending time with my family, traveling (there is no place I wouldn't want to go!) and exploring new foods.
My "happy places" involve books, plants, gardening, tea, exercise, 90s rock & reggae, forest walks and meditation.

My core values are: learning, personal growth, purpose, exploration and freedom.
"In this space, you are seen, heard and empowered. You have a voice. You matter. You are good enough. From surviving to thriving, you are… STILL ROOTED."
Why Still Rooted?
Still Rooted Therapy, LLC serves as a symbol of strength, resilience and perseverance in moments of inevitable struggle. It is a reminder that even when you feel unstable, detached and disconnected, you will always be connected to your internal roots.

Rooted: having developed from something; strong and difficult to destroy
